Comprehensive Deep Cleaning List
Restorative cleans can be tailored for both residential homes and commercial premises (including offices, retail, salons and any other managed spaces). Any of these rooms or aspects of cleaning can be maintained by myself or left for another day depending on your particular requirements and budget. When I am present in the property, I may take note of areas that you could benefit from cleaning or maintaining and inform you of these areas - this is to ensure you are left with good and honest feedback to keep your home or business to the highest of standards.
General Areas & Workspaces (Bedrooms, Offices, Living & Common Areas)
High-Level Dusting: Removal of cobwebs, dust buildup, and ceiling fixture cleaning (Up to a maximum of 8 Metres).
Light Fixtures: Accessible glass shades and fittings removed, washed, dried, and polished.
Woodwork & Fixtures: Deep degreasing, sanitising, and buffing of doors, frames, skirting boards, switch plates, and sockets.
Surfaces & Furniture: Desks, tables, and shelving wiped down, disinfected, and treated with material-safe polish.
Glass & Displays: Streak-free cleaning of mirrors, internal glass partitions, frames, and display screens.
Windows & Joinery: Interior glass, tracks, sills, latches, and frames cleaned and detailed into corners.
Flooring: High-filtration vacuuming of carpets and rugs (including accessible areas under furniture); full scrub and sanitising wash for all hard floors.
Kitchens & Staff Break Rooms
Worktops & Splashbacks: Intensive degreasing, grime removal, and sanitisation across counters and tile surrounds.
Cabinetry Exteriors: Complete wipe-down and degreasing of cupboard fronts, drawer faces, kickboards, and handles.
Sinks & Hobs: Descaling and degreasing of stovetops, sinks, taps, plugholes, and draining boards to a polished finish.
Dining Fixtures: Tables, seating, and high-touch furniture disinfected, dried, and polished.
Flooring: Perimeter edge detailing followed by a deep hard-floor scrub and sanitising wash.
Washrooms, Bathrooms & En-Suites
Sanitaryware: Deep descaling, scrub, and full sanitisation of toilets, basins, taps, bathtubs, and shower units.
Shower Screens & Mirrors: Heavy limescale and soap-scum removal with a streak-free, crystal-clear finish.
Wall Tiles & Grout: Degreasing and targeted grime removal in high-moisture splash zones and corners.
Fixtures & Radiators: Sanitising and buffing of towel rails, radiators, woodwork, switches, and lighting.
Flooring: Intensive scrub and sanitising wash across all hard floors, edges, and corners.
Optional Add-On Services
Interior Appliances: Deep interior cleaning and sanitisation of fridges, freezers, dishwashers, and washing machines*.
Internal Cabinetry: Full interior vacuum, scrub, wipe and disinfection of empty cupboards and drawers.
Surface Refresh: Light steam sanitisation for upholstery surfaces and hob exteriors.
Specialist Services Notice: Full dip-tank oven stripping, deep upholstery wet-cleaning, and intensive hot-water carpet and floor extraction require dedicated specialist machinery. For anything above 8 metres, I will not access to clean these areas and as such you may require someone else. A certified specialist is recommended for these treatments to ensure the highest of standards.
*When cleaning interior appliances such as fridges, this does not include servicing the machine and should this be required must be booked through a certified professional to avoid any loss of warranty.
Pre-Service Checklist
To ensure smooth access and the right setup on the day, please confirm:
Access & Parking: Key safe details, access codes, and dedicated parking or unloading spots.
Priority Areas: Specific rooms or high-traffic zones requiring extra attention.
Restricted Zones: Any private rooms, sensitive archives, or delicate items to leave untouched.
Pets / Site Safety: On-site pets or specific site hazards to ensure the right pet-safe or low-odour products are used.
Utilities: Confirmation of working power connections and access to hot water.
Other Information
Independent Standard: As an independent specialist, I work solo rather than as a rushed crew. While this means the process takes more time, it guarantees that no corners are cut and every inch of your space is personally inspected and finished to my own uncompromising, high standards. In situations where I may need a staff member to support me either for safety or for cleaning work, everything is still inspected by myself.
Case-by-Case Quotation: Because these intensive cleans can take a great deal of time and effort, all work is quoted on a case-by-case, day-by-day basis.
Multi-Visit Scope: Depending on the size of the property and the depth of work required, cleans often take multiple visits (or fewer if the space is smaller or needs less intensive attention- see builders clean below). I work alone and as such you get an extremely high standard but at a somewhat slower pace than a team of cleaners.
Starting Rate: Pricing starts at £120.
Deposit: A £35 deposit is required to secure your booking date.
If you have had builders or other trades in before booking this style of clean, I request that you book this service with follow up appointments to ensure dust levels settle between the services. Usually 3 visits is what I would recommend - for follow ups on this clean type, I would quote separately depending on the post build situation.
