• Independent Standard: As an independent specialist, I work solo rather than as a rushed crew. While this means the process takes more time, it guarantees that no corners are cut and every inch of your space is personally inspected and finished to my own uncompromising, high standards.

• Case-by-Case Quotation: Because these intensive cleans can take a great deal of time and effort, all work is quoted on a case-by-case, day-by-day basis.

• Multi-Visit Scope: Depending on the size of the property and the depth of work required, cleans often take multiple visits (or fewer if the space is smaller or needs less intensive attention).

• Starting Rate: Pricing starts at £120.

• Deposit: A £35 deposit is required to secure your booking date.

• If you have had builders in before booking this style of clean, I request that you book this service with follow up appointments to ensure dust levels settle between the services. Usually 3 visits is what I would recommend - for follow up on this clean I would quote separately depending on the situation.
