The Monthly Clean & Natural Organisation service is a gentle, regular reset designed to keep your living spaces functioning intuitively, supporting your wellbeing without pressure, judgment, or hassle.

Rooted in a warm, bespoke, and person centred approach with clear professional boundaries, this service is entirely tailored to your unique lifestyle. We focus on the ongoing upkeep that matters most to you, ensuring your home feels comfortable, functional, and clean.

What is Included in Your Session

• Dedicated 4 to 6 Hour Care: Comprehensive attention focusing on the core areas that make the biggest difference to your daily peace of mind.

• Core Routine: Deep dusting, thorough vacuuming, mopping, and interior appliance refreshes as needed.

• Basic Oven Care: Light surface cleaning to keep your oven fresh and functional between uses.

• Linen & Laundry Refresh: Stripping beds, starting a wash cycle, and remaking your bed with fresh linens and towels provided by you.

• Minimalist Styling & Finishing Touches: Simple, clean visual styling that respects your belongings, keeping the focus on a fresh, uncluttered, and serene environment rather than heavy decorative styling.

• Accessibility First Care: Tailored organisation that keeps high touch items within comfortable reach for your specific physical needs or mobility preferences. Please let me know if you have any disabilities so I can ensure your space remains fully accessible to you.

What Requires Specialised Services (Exclusions)

To keep your session focused on effective whole home upkeep, certain heavy duty tasks fall outside the scope of this regular clean:

• Oven Deep Cleans: Full, intensive deep cleans of ovens are very time consuming. I recommend hiring an oven specialist for these tasks to save you time and money.

• Carpet & Upholstery Deep Cleaning: Full carpet washing and upholstery extraction require heavy specialized equipment and are not included in this service. I recommend using a specialist professional service for those needs.

Working Together in Your Space

• Getting Started: While not strictly necessary, I highly recommend booking a body doubling or organisation session before we begin your regular monthly cleans. This allows us time to connect, discuss what you enjoy, and align on how we can ensure your environment stays perfectly matched to your personal standards.

• Your Presence: You are welcome to be at home while I work or leave the property to me, whatever makes you feel most comfortable. Please let me know beforehand if you have a specific way you would like me to access the property (keys or meeting at the door).

• Equipment: I bring my own professional grade supplies. I simply ask that you provide a mop and vacuum for me to use in your home. If you do not own these, no problem! If communicated beforehand, I can provide them for you at the cost of the products purchased.

Health, Safety & Household Guidelines

• Pet Safety & Needs: I love working around pets and am happy to offer approved treats on arrival if given permission! To protect your animals from cleaning chemicals and respect their needs, please inform me of all pets in your home (including aquatic life).

  • Dogs: Because home cleans can be stressful for dogs, I ask to meet them prior to our first visit. I am a dog owner myself and know that cleans can be overwhelming. Ideally, dogs are not at home during this time. If present, they must be safely secured in a positive, calming space so I can work to my high standards. If a dog appears overly stressed, I may ask that you arrange alternative care on clean days.

• Working Around Children: I am happy to work around children if parents are available. However, for their safety, anyone under the age of 18 must be directly supervised by an appropriate adult at all times. Children must not be near cleaning chemicals or equipment and require direct supervision by a parent or guardian if they are in the property.

• Allergies: Please share any severe allergies (such as food allergies) so I can ensure my personal items, like my lunch, are kept safely separate and do not cross contaminate your home.

Booking & Terms

• Deposit: A £35 non refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your slot.

• Cancellations: If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours notice. For cancellations made within 48 hours, the deposit is retained by Need A Cleaner.

• Settling the Balance: The remaining balance is due on the day of your clean. Late fees apply to accounts that are in arrears by one day.

This is a service available to any age group and any disability. I create a personalised approach that is bespoke to you as an individual, rooted in consent and autonomy. This service can be one full day or broken into separate sessions, this is open to discussion and based on an individual quotation.

Body Doubling Organisation and Cleaning services start at £120 for a half day (4 hour) A deposit of £35 is required for booking.

This is deep cleaning on a completely different level. Moving far beyond standard surface wiping, this service uses a methodical, multi-stage restoration standard: degriming, degreasing, disinfecting, drying, and hand-polishing every surface right into the corners and recesses. This process can make a dramatic difference to your home and oftentimes a fantastic difference to your air quality.

Windows are opened wide to allow air to circulate the property while cleaning, if you have pets that cannot go out please insure that you let me know before the clean!

If you have a specific area that needs a thorough reset - even one you might think is beyond saving - this service is exactly what you need.

• Flexible Service Pairings: While this service typically follows a body-doubling organisation session, the two can easily be combined depending on your specific requirements or completed as an independent, standalone service.

• Safety & PPE: I arrive fully equipped with complete PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and professional equipment suited to tackle intensive restorative jobs safely and hygienically.

• Honesty & Transparency: Transparency is paramount. If an area requires a different kind of specialist (such as advanced trades or specialist remediation), I will always be completely upfront about what I can and cannot tackle and point you in the right direction.

• Woodwork & Vertical Detailing: Full restorative process across doors, door frames, skirting boards, switch plates, and plug sockets—thoroughly degrimed, sanitised, dried, and buffed.

• Surfaces & Furniture: Tables, shelving, units, and ledges carefully cleared of ornaments, deeply degrimed, disinfected, dried, and finished with material-specific polish.

• Glass, Mirrors & Screens: Precision cleaning and streak-free polishing on mirrors, glass furniture, framed glass, and display screens.

• Windows & Joinery: Interior glass, tracks, frames, latches, sills, and vents detailed right into the corners and recesses—cleared of grime build-up, washed, dried, and polished.

• Flooring: High-filtration vacuuming of carpets and rugs (including accessible areas underneath furniture); dedicated scrub and sanitising wash for all hard floors.

• Worktops & Splashbacks: Multi-stage restoration—intensive degreasing, grime removal, disinfection, drying, and surface-safe polishing across counters, tile surrounds, and edge seals.

• Cabinetry Exteriors: Complete degreasing and restorative cleaning of cupboard fronts, drawer faces, kickboards, and hardware, finished with a streak-free buff.

• Hob & Wet Zones: Intensive descaling and degreasing of the stovetop, sink basins, taps, plugholes, and draining boards, brought back to a polished finish.

• Light Fittings: Glass shades/fittings removed where accessible, degreased, scrubbed, dried, and polished to a shine.

• Flooring: Perimeter edge detailing followed by an intensive hard-floor scrub and sanitising wash.

Bathrooms & En-Suites

• Sanitaryware Restoration: Deep scale removal, intensive scrub, full sanitisation, and drying of the toilet, basin, brassware/taps, bathtub, and shower enclosure.

• Shower Screens & Glass: Heavy limescale and soap scum extraction, followed by a crystal-clear, streak-free polish.

• Wall Tiles & Grout: Intensive degreasing and grime removal across high-moisture splash zones, corners, and shower surrounds.

• Fixtures & Lighting: Removable light fittings, towel rails, radiators, woodwork, and switches washed, disinfected, dried, and polished.

• Flooring: Deep scrub and sanitising wash of all bathroom hard floors right into edges and baseboards.

Specialist Services Notice:

To guarantee the proper care, equipment, and chemistry required, intensive hot-water carpet extraction, deep upholstery wet-cleaning, and full dip-tank oven stripping are classified as specialist restoration services and as such I suggest finding a suitable specialist for these cleaning tasks.

• Property Access & Loading: Key safe details, access instructions, and dedicated parking/unloading arrangements.

Pricing, Booking & How I Work

• Independent Standard: As an independent specialist, I work solo rather than as a rushed crew. While this means the process takes more time, it guarantees that no corners are cut and every inch of your space is personally inspected and finished to my own uncompromising, high standards.

• Case-by-Case Quotation: Because these intensive cleans can take a great deal of time and effort, all work is quoted on a case-by-case, day-by-day basis.

• Multi-Visit Scope: Depending on the size of the property and the depth of work required, cleans often take multiple visits (or fewer if the space is smaller or needs less intensive attention- see builders clean below).

• Starting Rate: Pricing starts at £120.

• Deposit: A £35 deposit is required to secure your booking date.

• If you have had builders or other trades in before booking this style of clean, I request that you book this service with follow up appointments to ensure dust levels settle between the services. Usually 3 visits is what I would recommend - for follow up on this clean I would quote separately depending on the situation.
